It is time to relax
Our daily work habits sometimes make the body so exhausted that we need to relax as much as possible in the end of the working day. We need a gentle therapeutic method that releases toxins, soothes muscle tension and stiff joints, strenghtens immunity and maybe the most important of all - improves mental health.

Citrus fruit are rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and C and acts like a natural peeling. They soften the skin and relax all our senses. The combination of pleasant warm water and light citrus scents will relax your body and mind.
In the one cup of sea salt put 15 drops of lavender, 15 drops of ylang ylang and 25 drops of orange essential oil. Mix all that in warm water, let your favorite light music play in the background and, my recommendation is, light candles around the bathtub and enjoy!!! Ylang-ylang and lavander help with anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia. Orange is good for mental fatigue and stress and it has a revitalizing effect on the nervous system. After showering in a perfect bath, give your skin the necessary hydration. The fast-absorbing Alavi hydrating fluid with organic ingredients such as cucumber extract, marshmallow and field poppy will energize and regenerate face skin, and give it soft touch feeling.
