January has brought many New Year's resolutions most of which include excercise. Main reason is definitely loosing weight and stress release. Fitness gyms are full, people are buying healthy food, natural cosmetics for skin care.. we can make a conclusion that the awareness about healthy habits and nutrition has risen. I myself have also become more aware and have decided to work on my body and my health.

Christmas holidays have brought us joy, togetherness but what bothers us most is – the few extra pounds:) I tell to myself there is 5 more month till summer I have time to look fit and feel good in my body, don't I? Well time is very relative when it comes to wight loss and perseverance:)

The other side of the exercise coin is definitely stress release... Stress is unfortunatelly an inevitable part of the modern life. The cause can be found in everyday responsibilities, work, deadlines, expectations. The challenge is to find a way to ease the stress or to get rid of it all together.

Effective way of stress release is definitely physical activity. By enjoying physical acitivity we can lower stress levels and influence our appearance as well.  We aquire better self image, become aware of own possibilities and abilities which leads to higher self-confidence and more motivation to work out. Numerous research have cofnimed that physical activity has extraordinary influence on menthal health as well. 

I myself have become aware of the importance of working out so I have decided to include physical activity in my daily routine. Also what I have become aware of is how much the skin (our largest organ) reflects our overall health. You might have noticed that when you eat large quantities of sweets and unhealthy foods your skin breaks out all the toxins to the surface. Acne appear and the skin is oily.  When we talk about stress the skin is exposed to premature ageing, wrinkles appear - basically the skin is showing how much the body is fighting with stress. It is really important to give your skin the care it needs, natural care, so that the skin can endure all the changes that go on in your body.

I have decided to eat healthy as well, excercise and feel physically and mentally better. I will look better and healthy by taking care of my body on the inside and out.
